• All classes will be confirmed with text or email. Promotions will only be sent to email if opted in when creating/using Mindbody account. For those students attending video classes, please allow emails for door access and video links.

• Reservations and payments are made through Mindbody online or Mindbody app

• Please be quiet and courteous to our neighbors. The studio is at a residence.

• All classes require advanced reservations and payment

• Classes are 55 minutes in length

• For virtual classes please download the Brivo App for entry.  An access pass will be sent to your mobile device to use at the door.  Please review Video Instructions on next page. A video link to use from your mobile device to the studio's big screen monitor will be emailed to you for use in class.

• Only clients who are enrolled in class may attend.  Studio privileges will be revoked if this policy is not followed. Surveillance cameras are recording studio sessions.

• Please only enroll in intermediate level class if uninjured and modifications not needed

• Please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges

• Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to work barefoot or with sticky socks

• Please use do not park in front of corner neighbor 

• Use side gate for entrance. Studio is located in two car garage

• Students on a waitlist will be notified no later than 2 hours ahead. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if last minute availability does not work for you.

• Please allow notifications when registering with Mindbody to get class reminders and cancellations. Thank you!
