  • Reservations and payments are made through Mindbody online or Mindbody app

  • Please be courteous to our neighbors

  • All classes require advanced reservations and payment

  • Classes are 50 minutes in length

  • Pilates discovery class for students new to Pilates 

  • Please only enroll in intermediate level class if uninjured and modifications not needed

  • Please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges

  • Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to work barefoot or with sticky socks

  • Please use do not park in front of corner neighbor and use side gate for studio entrance.

  • Classes with only one registered student will be cancelled the previous evening.

  • Please allow notifications when registering with Mindbody to get reminders and cancellations. Thank you!
